Auditing & oversight

Every action. On the record.

Whether Rowbot did the work or a person did, the check still runs and the log still exists. Rowbot watches the work — and shows its receipts.

The watcher

It watches the work — whoever did it.

Rowbot's scheduled checks re-verify your data on their own clock. A typo a person makes at 2pm gets caught the same way an agent error would — checked, flagged, attributed. Nothing depends on who touched the sheet.

A human typo and an agent write get the same treatment: checked, logged, attributed.

1 · Raised

The check finds a mismatch and stops — nothing is silently “fixed”.

2 · Reviewed

The flag lands in the dashboard with the evidence: what was expected, what was found.

3 · Resolved

A person decides. The resolution — and their name — joins the record.

Admins decide who can run what. Everyone's work — human or agent — ends up in the same book. See how access is scoped →

Common questions

What teams ask about the record.

Does Rowbot only audit its own actions?+
No — that's the point. Its scheduled checks re-verify the data itself, so a typo a person makes gets caught the same way an agent error would. If the numbers don't match the source, it flags — regardless of who touched them.
What exactly ends up in the log?+
Every run: what was read, what was written, when, how long it took, and the outcome — plus who or what triggered it. Flags carry the evidence (expected vs found) and the name of the person who resolved them.
Does Rowbot fix mistakes silently?+
Never. Anything it isn't sure about becomes a flag that stops and waits for a human decision. The resolution is recorded next to the flag.
Who can see the audit trail?+
Your workspace. Members see the runs and flags they work with; admins see everything and control who can run what. The log is exportable whenever you need it for a review.
