Roll Rowbot out across departments.

You buy Rowbot for the company. Admins grant access, scope what each person's automations can touch, and see everything the agents did.

One agent, configured per department.

Each team's rules, sites, and approvals are its own. Admins see the whole picture without every team seeing each other's work.

Everything is tailored to how your company already works. Each department's agent is configured to its own workflows — the exact sites, sheets, and steps that team runs — and nothing more: finance's rules never touch sales's systems unless an admin says so. Approval flows match your chain of command, so the person who signs off on a fix is the person who should.

Security is configured to your policy, not ours: allow-lists per person, SSO through your identity provider, retention and audit exports on your terms, and a review we run with your security team before rollout. On Enterprise the extension even carries your branding — to your team it looks like an internal tool, because that's what it becomes.

How rollout works

From demo to department in three steps.

1Pilot one workflow

We set up your highest-pain check together in the demo — on your real sites and sheets.

2Prove it

Two weeks of real runs — every action logged, every fix signed off by your team.

3Roll it out

Admins add seats, scope sites per person, and copy working rules to each team.

Questions

Rolling it out, answered.

Can each department have different rules and access?+
Yes. Seats are per person, site scopes are per person, and rules live per team — finance's automations never touch sales's sites unless an admin allows it.
How does this fit our SSO and identity provider?+
Rowbot signs in through your provider, so joiners and leavers follow the same directory you already manage. Revoking someone there revokes their agent with them.
What happens when someone leaves?+
An admin revokes the seat in a click. Their rules transfer to the team, and the audit trail of everything their agent did stays.
Do we need engineers to roll this out?+
No. Rules are written in plain words, and we configure the first workflows with you. IT is only involved if your security team wants the review — which we run with them.
