Set it up, then hand it the work.

Everything between installing the extension and letting an automation run on its own — no deploy, no integration project.

Setup

From install to unattended, in six steps.

No deploy, no integration project. The longest part is deciding which routine to hand over first.

1

Install the extension

An admin invites you, you add Rowbot to Chrome, and you sign in with your work account. There is nothing to deploy and no server to stand up.

2

Allow the sites it may touch

You add the sites this agent is allowed to work on. Every other page is blocked outright — the allow-list is per person, not per company.

3

Teach it the routine

Describe the job the way you'd describe it to a new hire, or clone a recipe from the library and point it at your own tools.

4

Set when it runs

On a schedule, or when something changes on a page it watches. You can also run it by hand while you're getting comfortable.

5

Approve the first runs

Anything that changes real data waits for a person. Watch a few runs, tighten the rule where it guessed wrong, then let it go.

6

Read the log

Every read and write is recorded with the page, the person, and the change. That log is what makes the automation reviewable rather than mysterious.

Go deeper

The rest of it, by topic.

Each one is the full page on that subject, not a stub.

Rather be walked through it?

We set the first workflow up with you, on your real sites.

Getting started

Start from a working automation.

Clone one from the library and point it at your own tools — it's the fastest way to see what a rule looks like.
