Guides

The workflows teams hand over first.

Written as rules you could teach today — every step in the order the agent performs it, and the point where it stops and waits for you.

Playbooks

Rules worth stealing.

Each one is a real rule shape — the steps in the order Rowbot performs them, and where a person still signs off.

Finance, monthly or weekly/About 30 minutes to set up

Reconcile the ledger before close

  1. Open the bank export and the ledger sheet, both already on the allow-list.
  2. Match each line by amount, date, and reference — flag anything outside your tolerance.
  3. Write matched rows straight back to the sheet with the reference filled in.
  4. Leave the unmatched ones in a review list with a link to the source line.
  5. Ping you when the list is ready; nothing is marked reconciled until you say so.

Sales ops, every morning/About 20 minutes to set up

Keep the pipeline honest

  1. Read the deal list in the CRM and find anything untouched past your staleness rule.
  2. Check each one against the inbox thread to see whether it actually went quiet.
  3. Fill in the fields the rep skipped from what the thread already says.
  4. Draft the nudge in the rep's own tone and leave it unsent.
  5. Post the summary — chased, stale, missing fields — before the stand-up.

Support, first thing/About 25 minutes to set up

Triage the overnight queue

  1. Read everything that arrived since the last run and group it by what it's actually about.
  2. Tag and route by your own rules, not a generic model's guess.
  3. Draft answers for the repeat questions using your published docs as the source.
  4. Escalate anything matching your severity words straight to a person.
  5. Leave every draft for a human to send — the agent never replies on its own.

Finance or the owner, weekly/About 15 minutes to set up

Chase the invoices that slipped

  1. Pull the open invoice list and compare it against payments received.
  2. Sort what's late by how late and how much.
  3. Draft the chase at the right temperature for each bracket — a nudge, then firmer.
  4. Skip anyone with a payment plan or an open dispute flagged in your notes.
  5. Hand you the queue to approve and send in one pass.

One-person teams and ops leads/About 20 minutes to set up

Run the Monday check

  1. Open each dashboard and portal you check by hand every Monday.
  2. Read the numbers that matter and compare them against last week's run.
  3. Flag anything that moved more than your threshold, with the page it came from.
  4. Write the week's summary into your notes doc in the format you already use.
  5. Leave the whole thing waiting for you with nothing changed anywhere else.

IT and people ops, per joiner/About 40 minutes to set up

Onboard a new hire without the checklist drift

  1. Take the joiner's role and start from the access list that role is meant to have.
  2. Work each tool's admin page in turn, requesting exactly the access on the list.
  3. Record what was granted, by whom, and when — the trail your auditor asks for.
  4. Flag anything the role list doesn't cover instead of guessing at it.
  5. Wait for an admin's sign-off before any access is actually granted.
